TrustlessForm is a setup service: it helps a seller and a buyer prepare the terms of a transaction and deploys a non-custodial escrow smart contract on Trustless Work (Stellar network, USDC). TrustlessForm is an independent service and is not affiliated with Trustless Work.
TrustlessForm never holds, receives or transmits the transaction funds. The funds are locked in an on-chain smart contract and are released by the buyer's signature after the agreed handover and inspection period. TrustlessForm is not a bank, money transmitter, exchange, licensed escrow agent, or a party to your transaction.
A one-time service fee (a percentage of the deal price, shown before you create a deal) is charged for assembling and deploying the escrow. The fee is payable in cryptocurrency and is separate from the escrowed funds. Fees are non-refundable once the escrow contract has been deployed.
Every escrow contract designates an independent dispute resolver. If the parties disagree, either side may open a dispute from their deal page; the resolver reviews the evidence and signs the on-chain resolution. The resolver's decision within the contract is final.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the deal terms you confirm, the legality of the underlying transaction in your jurisdiction, control of your own wallet keys, and any taxes arising from your transaction. Deals with illegal goods or services are prohibited.
The service is provided "as is". Smart contracts, blockchain networks and payment processors are third-party systems outside our control; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for losses caused by blockchain network failures, incorrect wallet addresses supplied by you, or loss of your keys.
