When you create or participate in a deal we store the deal terms you enter: title, price, asset list, inspection/support periods, optional description and URL, optional counter-party email, public wallet addresses, deal status and dispute messages. This data is needed to run your deal room and deploy the escrow contract.
No accounts, no passwords, no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising identifiers. We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys — only public wallet addresses.
Service-fee payments are processed by NOWPayments; the payment address and status are provided by them. Escrow funds live in an on-chain smart contract on the Stellar network — on-chain data is public by nature of the blockchain.
Deal pages are reachable only through private access keys contained in the links given to the seller and the buyer. Keep your link private. Platform staff can view deal data to operate the service and resolve disputes.
Deal records are kept while the service operates so that both parties keep access to their transaction history. To request removal of a completed deal's data, use the report feature inside your deal page.
